You can book any appointment with me using the button provided below. My office hours vary day to day, but are mostly between the hours of 9am and 2pm, Tuesday thru Friday(PST). If you need to schedule something outside of the hours listed, please feel free to email or call me and we may be able to work something out. Be sure to check out the About page to learn more.
Please note: I work with clients primarily over the phone or Skype. Recommendations and follow up notes are sent via email following our phone consultations. My clients find this to be a very convenient way of working together and easier to work into their busy schedules.
How It Works
Step 1: Book a free 20 minute phone call with me
The first step before we get started is to book a free 20 minute phone call with me so we can have a chance to get to know each other a little bit better and make sure we are a good fit. You can learn more about how I work, get an estimate on the cost of our work together and get answers to your burning questions.
Step 2: Check your email
Once we decide to work together, I will send you a Welcome email with links to fill out the appropriate forms and book our first appointment together. Please complete the forms at least 24-48 hours before our first consultation so I have adequate time to review them along with any recent labwork you've had done.
Step 3: Schedule your Initial Consultation
After you've completed the forms, the next step is to book the Initial Consultation which is 90 minutes long. This consultation is a chance for us to review your health history and lay out a map of our work together moving forward. We'll set a schedule for our follow up consultations, typically every 2-3 weeks with email contact between sessions and order any additional lab work if necessary.

How much will it cost?
My clients typically spend $400 to $1500 + working with me over the course of several months. Packages start at $395 for 3 months of work together, and go up from there. The length of time we work together depends on your health goals and the complexity of your health problems. Additional costs, aside from consultation fees, may include supplementation and lab testing, which are considered on a case by case basis.
